Class Descriptions

Interval 8
A varied and fun interval workout, that is idea for improving stamina, cardio fitness and body toning. An all over body workout suitable for all fitness levels and abilities – 8 exercises! 8 sets! 20s each!

Aqua Aerobics & Aqua Zumba
A workout in water, generally suitable for anyone with joint problems, thus enabling an effective workout without causing further stress to affected joints.

Body Conditioning
A class that concentrates on body toning and fat burning.

Power Core
An advanced class that uses fluid body movements to work the core muscle groups and improve flexibility and strength.

Yoga & Easy Yoga
A class to help promote muscular strength flexibility and relaxation.

Fitball
A varied class with exercises designed to give a whole body workout.

Spin & HIT Spin
Give your heart, lungs and major muscle groups a workout with this energetic cycling class. You set the resistance and speed to suit you.

Zumba
Move to the high energy beat of Zumba. This highly popular and energetic class will burn those calories and improve your stamina.

Pilates / Stretch
This class uses exercises that will work your body from the inside out, with slow controlled movements; very good for improving core stability.

Abs, Ball work & Circuits (ABC)
A complete workout to tone and strengthen the entire core area.

Metafit
A 30 minute high intensity interval training which involves bodyweight exercises. It boosts the metabolism and continues burning fat for 24 hours after the class.

Zumba Gold
A low impact, slower paced Zumba class for all levels of fitness.

Karate, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Dance Fit, Vale Dance Academy
Private classes of which are not included in full membership.
